Oh, so my F717 is in the shop.

I took it on a long weekend trip to New York City two weeks ago and turned up more blurry shots that I knew what to do with. Which really stinks, because some of the pictures would have been gorgeous. And I don't know when I'm going to get back to NYC. Ah, well.

I'm pissed at Best Buy because I had had the 717 in for a focus problem shortly before I left. Not only did they not fix _that_ problem, this blurry problem only showed up after having it in for service. Not happy about it at all.

Anyway, I had my little F88 along as a backup camera, and boy, was I glad. I just wish I'd realized the problem on the 717 earlier so I could have switched over sooner.
